Our Boot Camp

 

Our boot camp features high-energy, fat melting work outs by experienced fitness trainers who know what it takes to help you reach your goals. Our boot camp classes are packed with exercises that will help you burn fat, build muscle and, most importantly, have FUN while also getting in a great work out. Our boot camps feature a small instructor-to-camper ratio, which means you get more personalized attention than anywhere else!

 

Currently, we offer boot camps at 5:30, 6:30am & 5:30pm – Monday through Thursday. Our fitness team is always here for you providing support, motivation and accountability to achieve your fitness goals. Learn more about our Team Accomplishments here.

 

Already a Camper?

As a part of your Texas City Boot Camp for Women experience, we have a self service system that allows you to book your own classes from anywhere at any time. No more making notes so you remember to schedule your next classes during your sessions (when you are supposed to be working out!)! You can conveniently schedule your classes at any time via the link below. If you have not registered for a self service username and password, contact us and we will get you set up!
